Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Roster Card collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
Account & profile: your name, email, and the card details you choose to add — discipline, location, bio, portfolio, and links.
Activity: connections, endorsements, posts, messages, event RSVPs, and Exposure Bucks earned as you use the platform.
Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your information to run Roster Card: to show your card in The Deck, connect you with other members, deliver the features you use, send transactional and notification emails, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal information.
What’s public
Your card — name, discipline, location, bio, portfolio, links, member number, and rarity — is public by default so people can discover and collect it. You can hide your card from The Deck at any time in Settings. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Cookies
We use a single essential, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Email preferences
Account-critical emails (verification, password reset, account status) are always sent. Notification emails — connection requests, endorsements, EB rewards and the like — can be turned off in Settings.
Retention & deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your card and personal profile data; some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Unverified accounts left idle for 30 days are removed automatically.
Your choices
You can edit or hide your card, manage email preferences, block other members, and delete your account at any time. For any privacy request, contact us and we’ll help.
